Our client is a local group of company running their businesses as a largest private distributor of petroleum and basic chemical in Indonesia, a leading provider of logistic services, supply chain and infrastructure, manufacturing, coal mining, industrial estate, port operations, and trading. They have grown and expanded to China by solid activities of chemical manufacturing, trading, and port operations.
TODAY in accommodating their growing organization –on behalf of them– we are recently seeking for dynamic, qualified and professional candidates to grow and mature with them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring all aspects related to HR; from recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee relations, training & development.
- Managing people related activities, programs, concerns, issues in the business unit.
- Placement = LAMPUNG
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Law, Psychology, HR, etc); English is a MUST; minimum 7 years experiences as a general HR practitioner in the senior supervisor and managerial level; strong IR skill and deep understanding of Indonesia Employment Law; Good communication skill & analytical thinking; Strong leadership and personality; Hard worker; Discipline; Computer literate; no smoking person.

- Usia 23 – 35 Tahun
- Mampu bekerja dengan menggunakan program MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point dan Internet)
