SITE MANAGER – STRUCTURE WORK LOCATION : BATAM
Batam
Responsibility:
- Reviewing project proposal and plans
- Controlling project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities
- Controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
- Scheduling project by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements
- Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff;
- Coordination of all consultants to ensure that all project documents are complete and fully controlled;
- Manage multiple contractors, monitor and assess their day to day progress and quality of works;
- Prepare daily progress report to Project Manager on daily basis;
- Lead project management contractors team to ensure the project will running well;
- Coordinate and review progress payment and or other payment on the project;
- Ensure that all legal aspects that relate with project development are covered and completed;
- Supervising staff and team work management;
- Leading daily project meeting with contractors.
Qualifications:
- Male, 30 years old and above
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably graduated from a reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Has proven minimum 5 years working experience as Site Supervisor in Design and Project Management Business
- Good technical competency in civil engineering design and supervision
- Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express)
- Should be mentally & physically fit and have good oral and written language skills

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS WORK LOCATION : BATAM
Batam
Responsibility:
- Able to design and oversee all Mechanical or Electrical works including organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff;
- Capable of heading up a Team;
- Prepare daily progress reports to GM and or BOD on daily basis;
- Lead project management contractors team to ensure the project is running well;
- Coordinate and review progress payments and or other payments on the project;
- Ensure that all legal aspects that relate with project development are covered and completed.
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and above
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Either Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical), preferably graduated from a reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Candidate should have at least 10 years relevant experience as Mechanical or Electrical in Design and Project Management Business
- Have background from reputable Developer, Contracting Company or Construction Management Company
- Excellent organizational, leadership, skills and are innovative and thrive on challenges
- Good technical competency in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (plumbing, fire fighting system, electrical, lighting protection, etc, design and supervision in building construction
- Excellent Computer skills and can operate Engineering Software (AutoCAD, SAP20000 or STAAD, Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express)
- Should be mentally & physically fit and have good oral and written language skills
