Marketing Manager (FMCG Company) - Bandung
Presley Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf with its respected client, a well known FMCG Company, which has specialized products in bakery products, who is looking for a potential candidate to join their team as Marketing Manager to develop and grow their business.
Job Descriptions:
- Create, develop and Implement marketing and sales strategy for the company
- Identify potential areas for marketing opportunities locally, nationally and throughout Indonesia (traditional market and modern market).
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in relevant major
- Having min. 5 years experience as Marketing Manager in relevant industries, in a bread company is an advantage.
- Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
- Fluently in English is a MUST
- Proactive, self motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and independently
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java (Jawa Barat)
