BRANCH MANAGER - MATARAM
Mataram
Responsibility :
- Expand company business in assigned branch by developing large accounts and increasing market in the region
- Manage and motivate all members of the branch to achieve branch targets
- Drive the sales plan through the distributors and dealers in a given geographical area, and clearly communicate the company view point and sales tactics, plans and campaigns
- Ensure that the systems are in place at the branch level and these systems are being followed
- Motivate and guide the dealers/retailers in a particular area through periodic visits and reviews
- Administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety
- Provide leadership, training and supervision
- Grows the business, including in terms of reputation, sales and profit
Qualification :
- Residence at Mataram
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- Min. 5 years experience at Sales/Marketing business
- Good business sense, possess communication and analytical skills
- Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed
- Ability to lead and manage
- High integrity and trustworthy
- Strong understanding of customers and market requirements
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Team leader who is able to work independently
